A great benefit of martial arts training is the incredible shape we can achieve. Nutrition plays an important role in attaining and maintaining that condition.

Bryan Guidry’s nutritional planning is designed with peak athletic performance in mind. The plan consists of the right choices for proteins, fiber, complex and simple carbohydrates, and fats.

We don’t restrict any type of food. All are necessary for peak athletic performance as well as everyday living. The difficulty lies in the timing and choices as well as the combinations of these foods.

Those who participate in the diet and nutritional planning can have their measurements tracked every month. This includes body fat, weight and dimensions.
