Personal Training
1 on 1 personal training sessions can be scheduled at any time. The benefits of personal training include weight loss and body fat reduction as well as increased energy and motivation. Bryan began personal training at Club Fitness in St. Louis, where he was the top trainer at their largest club. Sessions are tailored to the level of the individual. Bryan has trained MS patients and olympic level swimmers. Sessions last about an hour and always conclude with a 5-10 minute full body stretch. In addition to training, Bryan will review diet and nutrition with each client. The planning is designed with peak athletic performance in mind. It consists of the right choices for proteins, fiber, complex and simple carbohydrates, and fats.
We don’t restrict any type of food. All are necessary for peak athletic performance as well as everyday living. The difficulty lies in the timing and choices as well as the combinations of these foods.
Those who participate in the diet and nutritional planning can have their measurements tracked every month. This includes body fat, weight and dimensions. Personal training sessions range from $35 for half hour sessions to $50-$60 per hour.
