Conditioning Classes
Our conditioning class is open to all men and women ages 15 and up, not just for the Jiu Jitsu and mixed martial artists training at our studio! We have conditioning classes that are completely separate from our martial arts program. Check out the schedule for class times.
Bryan
Guidry's conditioning program is quickly becoming legendary amongst
his teammates. His regimen is complete and the results are proven.
Training for the world championships, Bryan took his body fat from
12% to 4% in 4 months. He accomplished this through a combination of
low and high-intensity cardio, plyometrics, weight training,
sparring, and proper nutrition.
At North Broadway, we have 6 group conditioning classes every week,
all run by Bryan Guidry. Bryan is a certified personal trainer
through AFAA. The sessions typically last about 35-45 minutes and
the intensity level is high. Even with multiple people in the class,
Bryan can tailor the workout to the level of the individual clients.
Since everyone is at a different fitness level, everyone needs to be
worked independently. Each client can choose to have their
measurements, weight and body fat tracked throughout the program, or
not at all. Bryan is available to consult with each client
concerning proper diet, as needed.
Our workouts are continuous and involve compound movements and
several core exercises. Even though we never use more than a 10
pound weight, everyone is ready to quit when the 45 minutes is over.
Our conditioning class attracts professional and collegiate athletes
from several sports trying to attain the next performance level as
well as men and women of all ages who are trying to stay in shape
and live a healthy lifestyle. Our focus is on body fat reduction
through a mixture of cardio and compound exercises as well as a
proper diet.
Private one on one sessions are available for conditioning.
