Our Fight Fit conditioning class is open to all men and women ages 15 and up. We have conditioning classes that are completely separate from our martial arts program. Check out the schedule for class times.
Bryan Guidry has developed a dynamic training system that combines his 30 years of knowledge in the combat sports and as a personal trainer. The workouts include plyometrics, kettlebells, core training, stability balls, medicine balls, boxing and kickboxing and other compound exercises.
At North Broadway, we have 6 group conditioning classes every week,
all run by Bryan Guidry. Bryan is a certified personal trainer
through AFAA. The sessions typically last about 35-45 minutes and
the intensity level is high. Each client can choose to have their
measurements, weight and body fat tracked throughout the program. Bryan is available to consult with each client
concerning proper diet, as needed.
Our focus is on body fat reduction
through a mixture of cardio and compound exercises as well as a
proper diet.
Private one on one sessions are available for conditioning.
