Bryan Guidry has developed a dynamic training system that combines his 30 years of knowledge in the combat sports and as a personal trainer. The workouts include plyometrics, kettlebells, core training, stability balls, medicine balls, self defense, kickboxing and other compound exercises.
Clients can choose to have their
measurements, weight and body fat tracked throughout the program. We are available to consult with each client
concerning proper diet.
Our focus is on body fat reduction
through a mixture of cardio and compound exercises as well as a
proper diet.
