Nutrition and fitness with Danielle Beck




Registered Dietitian and Personal Trainer, Danielle Beck, wants you to know you can be lean, fit, and healthy through a lifestyle of moderate exercise and enjoying beer on the weekends. Her philosophy is “train hard; train smart”. Whether you’re looking to get ready for a competition, get in shape, lose body fat, or learn how to properly meal prep, Danielle can help you reach your goals. As a member of North Broadway Jiu Jitsu herself, she understands the struggle to balance life with optimal training and nutrition.

Her 12-week program will combine nutrition coaching with customizable workouts. You’ll get a key to the gym, and if you can’t make it in the gym, she’ll have home video workouts available. There will be no excuse to miss your workouts! There will be Jiu Jitsu-specific workouts for competitors, under my supervision.

The class will meet every Saturday, starting September 15th, from 11 am-12pm. Class time will mostly focus on a different nutrition topic and set of habits, with regular check-ins at the end – tracking weight loss, body composition, and/or habit completion. With proper guidance, everyone should see improvement toward their goals.
